Welcome to LastWhen — a quiet memory for the things that do not fit a calendar. Find help with trackers, reminders, local data and purchases below.

📧 Contact support

Email [email protected] or open Settings → Help & Share → Send Feedback in the App. Support is provided by Szymon Niemiec.

Include your device model, operating-system version, LastWhen version, what you expected and what happened. If useful, attach a screenshot after hiding private information. Response times vary; this is not a live or emergency service. Statutory complaint and privacy-request deadlines remain unaffected.

Never send passwords, Apple/Google account credentials, payment-card details or a complete tracker export. We will ask for a limited purchase or technical detail if needed. The App opens your email client; you choose whether to send the message.

📘 Getting started

  1. Create a tracker from a template or start with your own name and icon.
  2. Record the last time you did it. Hold a tracker to log a new occurrence, or add a past log with the appropriate date.
  3. Open a tracker to review its history, add a note or correct an entry.
  4. If helpful, choose a reminder and allow notifications in your device settings.
  5. Use History and Insights to review your records and patterns. Personalization and language options are in Settings.

Suggested intervals are examples. Choose timings that fit your situation and any relevant professional or manufacturer instructions.

❓ Trackers and timing

What does “usual timing” mean?

LastWhen estimates a pattern from the intervals between your previous entries. With too little history, an estimate may be unavailable. Irregular routines, missing logs or incorrect dates can make an estimate misleading. It is not a prediction or a deadline you must follow.

Can I correct or remove an entry?

Open the tracker and its history to edit or delete the relevant log. You can also delete a tracker, which removes all its associated local history. Check carefully before confirming deletion.

Is LastWhen suitable for medication or safety reminders?

Use it only as an additional organizational aid. It is not a medical device, professional adviser or dependable alarm for critical tasks. Templates for medication refills, contact lenses, pet care or maintenance do not recommend a safe schedule. Follow professional instructions and keep an independent reminder or record for anything where a missed notification could cause harm.
